poor workmanship, no service guarantees
my complaint is that I cannot get backup work done. I have a very loud banging noise when unit comes on and goes off. very disturbing. and lorich will not come to fix the problem!!I paid to get quality work, and am not receiving it. also the cold air returns are not sealed up properly, and duct work was not done properly, they need reduced down out from the unit, and I wanted vents run out from the main line, and instead he cut more holes in the main duct. now he won't correct the poor work.... more
