RUDE to the customer!!!
I am only giving them one star because it will not let me give them no stars. I wanted to shop local and spend my money where I live instead of online. So much for that! The lady working was terribly rude. I wanted to smell one of the massage lotions I was going to buy and she rudely approaches me and says, "you can't open the bottle." I said, "I wasn't opening it, I was smelling it." She said, "you can't do that" so I replied, "if I can't smell it, I won't buy it" I will buy my $17 lotion online or in Columbus where my business is appreciated.... more

All the people on here complaining about having their checking account automatically drafted SIGNED ppwk stating that it would happen. This is a GREAT business and shouldn't be bad mouthed by people who clearly did not read their agreement, that is incompetence on their part - NOT THE FACILITY. I sure hope that none of my fellow neighbors would look poorly on a business who upheld to their agreement - you need to give 90 days notice or three months PER the legal and binding document that YOU signed. You can't agree with it and then choose that you no longer "like" how it works - that's what's wrong with America nobody stands by their word - or signature nowadays if it doesn't work easily for them. GROW UP.... more

I got my brakes fixed at L&F. They did a great job for a great price. They finished with my van in a speedy manner. The person who wanted on me we very nice, very professional and very pleasant. These brakes were being replaced 5,000 miles after a well known brake dealer did the same job for more than 3 times the amount L&F charged. Thank You.... more
