has very serious issues with timetable of getting things accomplished. needs to be honest with people. do not recommend using him if you want to have a job finished at any particular time. make sure you have him sign a contract and dont give him any money before he starts a job. make sure to have a contract signed by him that he loses money if the job is not finished at agreed time.
