Noisy and unfriendly

If you're looking for a quiet place where you don't hear the neighbors above you this is NOT the place you want. Every time someone walks,opens a drawer, flushes a toilet, takes a shower you will hear it. If you're looking for hot water be prepared to wait 2-3 minutes all the while the water you're wasting you're paying for. If you want to use their so called work out room you have to pay $30 for a keycard...now I have two sets of apt keys I wasn't charged for, why a fee for the keycard? If you want to rent a garage it's not a private garage...you're renting out one half of a two car garage meaning that if you have anything you want to store securely you might want to think twice. Whomever shares the garage has access to your belongings as well. There's a $50/month charge for half the garage or $100 a month for the whole garage. Yes, they will nickle and dime you to death here.The construction of this place is poor at best...walls are thin, sound proofing is non existent.... more
