Maplewood Animal Clinic
Sympathetic and Caring
I brought my pit bull here to be euthanized. He was 14 years old and in ill health. They did not try to charge me for an examination or make me feel guilty in any way as some vet try to do. They held him nicely and let me be with him when they gave him the shot. They then gave me some private time to say goodbye before they came back in to make sure there was no heartbeat. He nicely answered my question about muscle movements (common even after the heart has stopped beating). They even have someone who will come pick him up and cremate him for me and then bring back his ashes in a wooden box. I was a little put off at the location (behind a beautiful home on a farm) and the attire of the doc (jeans and tee), but they were kind and charged me a very reasonable fee for the euthanization and cremation. The vet tech was very nice and sympathetic and I am very grateful for their help with this tough situation.... more

Tatman Mulch Transport
Never on time
Great product and pretty good on bulk price. HORRIBLE on delivery time!!! Used them for 3 years in a row and not one time could they commit to a delivery date and keep it. It is a shame b/c there mulch is some of the best I have used!... more

Very Happy
I have been to Maplewood Animal Clinic a few times with a friend of mine,she seemed pleased with the service she and her dogs had recieved.When I adopted my dog,she recommended them highly.I took my dog for his first vet check with them today and was really pleased.Everyone was friendly.Brad Roll was good with my dog and patient with me,making sure I understood all that I needed to know about the infection in my dogs ear,his shots and medication to prevent heartworms.I couldn't be happier.
