Kitts Hill is a part of the Lawrence County region/metro area of Ohio known for its Bellefonte Country Club and Sandy Creek Golf Course. Major attractions include Lawrence County Historical Museum and Highlands Museum & Discovery. Each year in the summer season there is the Lawrence County Fair. Among the biggest companies in Kitts Hill are Childrens Center of Ohio and Powerline Auto Parts. The biggest schools here are Fairview High School and Russell Middle School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Kitts Hill is Central Park.
