please beware
After unpacking our 6 kids and luggage out of the car we found bed bug carcasses around the bed. I packed up all the kids and went to the resident manager who denied bed bugs and refused to check out the claim. We drove for an hour looking for a new hotel. I was irate that they went ahead and charged us.... more

It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone to answer inquiries. The numbers given go straight to a voice mail. Additionally, the customer service email is not even valid. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.... more

Terrible place
Should be 0 stars. Lost our reservation. On vacation with 2 children, 6 o' clock at night and hundreds of miles from home with no room. VERY poor service. All they could say was "sorry." The girl at desk was tattoed all over, gut hanging out of shirt and was bare-footed. Disgusting. We ended up driving an extra hour or so to Toledo Days Inn. Stayed the night, kids went swimming and went to the Toledo Zoo the next day. Had a blast, kind of a blessing in disguise. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!... more
