Sullivan's Family Foods Inc

sleep at night. His reasoning had something to do with my haircut and painted fingernails both of which I had at my interview before hiring and everyday I worked prior to things going sour. The economy today is bad enough without having to deal with employers such as Rick. All the way through lying to my face when he could have easily just let me go, instead he kept feeding me a line until he felt man enough to tell me the real deal. Just wanted to let anyone know who reads this the kind of person that owns and runs this establishment.... more

Poor Treatment of Employees
I was formerly employed by Rick Sullivan and quite frankly enjoyed working there for the first 2 months as things were normal....then Rick cut my hours to 0 because he hired a friend but assured me this was temporary, after a month and a half of checking the schedule with no change in my hours it was Christmas time and at this point I asked Rick to advance me a little cash to help with some gifts for my 2 children to which he quickly replied "Yes, I can help you out with that." That never happened as when I was finally able to reach him he said he didn't feel comfortable advancing me money when he didn't know when he could get me the hours to repay him. Another couple months pass still with no change when I asked Rick to write a letter explaining my employment situation so that I could take it to court (child support) he again said yes he could definitely do that, after 2 weeks I called him the day before court to get the letter only to be denied again, I don't know how this guy can... more
