Learn How To Treat Customers
This company has failed to deliver my last two orders. When I called to check on my current order I (the customer) was yelled at. According to the neanderthal that answered the phone, they weren't responsible for notifying of us their delivery policy. They didn't tell us we had to be present for delivery. That would be an important detail to relay to a customer. They also refused to take a contact number from us, but today I got yelled at for not answering a phone number that we never provided to them for contact purposes. They need to learn how to treat their customers in a polite manner. If their delivery practices aren't working properly, it is up to THEM not ME to change those practices.... more

I have ordered from this company twice. Both times my order was never delivered. When I called today to check on my most recent order I (the customer) was yelled at. They never talked to us about delivery instructions, or let us know that we needed to be present for delivery, nor did they take a phone number to contact us about delivery. They accused me of wasting their time because they didn't do their job and properly schedule the delivery. I was astonished at how rude the man was on the phone. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else.... more
