The money is not a gift and is usually paid back within 9-12 months. Once the lender is paid the money can be withdrawn or lent again. In any case the lender has the right to pick the borrower. Valet Cleaners
STOP - BEWARE - DO NOT USE VALET CLEANERS FOR WEDDING DRESS
The only option was 1 star but I would give ZERO. Valet Cleaners ruined by daughter's wedding dress Oct 14th 2011. Wedding is Nov 5th. They STEAM CREASED PLEATS in a gathered skirt where there was no pleats on taffeta silk. It permanently indented the fabric so while the crease is steamed out - the line on fabric remains. No way to repair!!!! THEY DID NOT OFFER REFUND ($90) but said they forgot to charge for the steaming of separate petticoat which was "wadded" - it was awful. Me and my daughter were in tears - VALET CLEANERS has not responded to my request for APOLOGY AND REFUND - they exhibited no experience in handling such a garment and NEVER asked about CREATING PLEATS before steaming - Don't take a chance - a wedding garment is too valuable to let them "guess".......... more
