Stay AWAY from NSA Woodworking

I rated them 1 star only because there wasn't any lower choice. Ordered part on 10/04/2011, after 3 weeks called phone number and left message, sent email asking about part. About a month later got an email that they had tried to contact me for more information-I never got a call, email or anything else from them and I was home 24/7 on medical leave for almost 4 months. I ended up contacting Paypal 40 days after placing order and not getting part or response and they got my money refunded. This has been my worst experience dealing with any company over many years. Thank goodness I called Paypal before the 45 day period ended or I would have lost the money!... more

I ordered over $100 worth of parts on 10/7/11. After contacting them and waiting 2 days for a response that they were busy with a contract job, they assured me the products would ship by the 10/28/11. November 3rd came, and still no product. I e-mailed them to cancel the order, and still haven't gotten a response. Spend the extra money with a competitor, you might actually get what you ordered.... more

They have super cute shirts to buy; but don't do a fundraiser with them. It's the most unorganized business I've ever seen. They make tons of excuses and when they run out of excuses they get rude, that is when you can reach them. Nothing is ever their fault and you cant rely on anything they say. If you do decide to work with them, I would get everything in writing, including times that they will have your shirts ready. I'm a person that doesn't like to give businesses bad reviews; but they have REALLY earned this! The feeling that I got was their business got too big too fast and she can't handle the growth.... more
