You can't remove a listing from the internet. It is there to stay for ever.

It depends on what you want. If you just want copies of your book to sell yourself, lulu.com or CreateSpace would be good choices. With them, you can also have your book for sale on the internet.
If you want to see your book in book stores, and have a chance of making some money on it, you need to get in with a traditional publisher. In traditional publishing, the publisher takes on the costs of getting the book published and available for sale. You, the author, don't pay anything. You get professional editing and cover art at the publishers cost.
The most common reason for a book not getting published is because the book isn't good enough. If the publisher doesn't think it will sell, they aren't willing to put their money behind it. Learn the writing business, learn how to write a really GOOD book, and your chances are much better.

I spoke to GSS this week and they asked that if I was happy with the service to submit an internet review. After I thought about it I have to say that I've been a client for over 10 years. My service calls are efficient, the staff is friendly (after 10 years I work with the same techs and staff), they call fast when my alarm goes off and I have always paid the same 12.99 per month (I've never had a price increase in over 10 years). The local family owners live down the street and they always remember my name when I see them in the grocery store. They are a nice young family. Keep up the good work.... more

I have just returned from an attempt at obtaining a CBC for my wife. We arrived at 13:13 for a follow-up test from 7-8 weeks earlier. We left at 13;35 without the test becaruse time constraints of mine(14:00 surgery). After fifteen minutes, one person had left, presumable having had her blood drawn. Three people had come in. I inquired if there was a Tech present. I was told that there were two and that both were busy with other patients. One was on the phone and the other was at the computer. No one had been taken from the waiting room . I asked if I could draw my wife's blood for them and was denied that privilege. I was told that there were other drawing sites on campus. I'll find another lab but it won't be DLO. I used to send patients to this lab. I hope they were treated better.... more
