Terrible Customer Service
When we placed the order on a Sunday Night there was no place to make a note. I called the next morning, Monday to inform them that if it was not shipping that day, Monday we needed to cancel. The foreign guy said it would not ship for a week. He said no problem to cancel, email that to them. I did, then I get an email saying they were charging me a restocking fee. FOR WHAT? Nothing left their shelf to be restocked??? I guess they pack the boxes and let them sit for a week and then ship them to the customer. Terrible service to charge a fee when nothing had been done to the order. I doubt they even had time to look at the order until I called them on the phone to cancel. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... more

poor sewing, poor material
I will never recommend this company to anyone. The scrubs took four weeks to arrive and the exact sizes were totally different in sewing. The seams were poorly stitched and single stitched, easy to unravel. I am not happy at all and I am very easy to please.... more

They're just doing their job!
Family member had a wreck on I-78. Read these reviews, then researched fair pricing for cleaning up debris and fluids and for towing; checked what a junk yard would pay for a totaled car, plus towing there. Then called Faust and identified myself as a family member of the person in the wreck (who had minor injuries). The woman who answered had seen the car and asked how the driver was(!). She put me on with a man who told me that the fee was $400 (about $50 more than hoped), due to taking out two trucks and doing an extensive cleanup (true). I asked what the fee would be if we turned over the title for scrap, and the price went down significantly. When I said that I could be there next day with cash, asked for and got a waiver of the $40/day fee. Requested and got a detailed receipt listing the VIN of the vehicle, title signed off, price paid, stating on receipt no future $ needed. Be low-key and friendly, and they're fine. As for the cats - it's a junkyard!... more
