Service is OK had a hard time getting them to return my phone calls. Products are great but make sue you have them put every detail in writing. Salesmen say things in such a way you think they are part of the costs or you are getting something back and then all of a sudden you have an extra charge or you are not getting what you thought you were. For example I asked if there was abattery backup with the unit and was told yes but after it was installed I found out there is a backup but it cost $600 more. Also was told installation included basic piping and only if the chimney was larger than normal would there be an extra charge and guess what 525 extra was tacked onto the bill. Again have EVERy detail put in writing... more

They have no contact information on the web site. If you visit the showroom they ignore you. I was there three times in one weekk and never even got an Hello. At one point I wanted to go to the rear of the store and the sales lady would not even move to let me by even with my repeated "excuse me". I have purched a new kitchen from people who are not rude. I would never again go into their showroom.... more
