Stopped by Art Martella's house today,
Took some pictures for our up-coming trial. Dr. Arthur Martella lives live a pig. The house is falling down around him, the fountain out front is full of mosquitos. I can not believe he went to medical school. What a slob! No water............even after 2 weeks of rain.... more

Dr. Art Martella and Donna Martella bounce alot of checks
You want the truth? Ill give it to you unfiltered. The Martella's bounce a check for $30,000 dollars.....they dont care, they bounce another check for $54,000 dollars. They know it wasnt any good when they wrote it.....they dont care. They stop payment on a check for $54,000 dollars immediately after writing it, I learn about that 10 days later......they dont care. The Martella dont pay invoices in full, simply subtracting $10,000 dollars from an invoice, because they dont care.....and they have the nerve to sue me for breach of contract! HA! All of Art Martella's lawsuits are about him creating the breach of contract. Donna posts on here, "AVOID" me? I will match my reputation as a builder against Dr. Art Martella any day. I assume, he considers himself a doctor..........I dont. Before you believe everything you read, contact me. Ill give it to you straight. agsbuilders@verizon.net Thank You.... more
