Bad customer service and Closing earlier than the sign on doors say
they close there store at 2.35 even though the sign outside the store says they are open till 3.00 ask who runs the store the volunteers will not give out a name. Also very rude too customers when they shut out all the lights in the store and you can not see a thing because it was an old bowling alley and very dark in there once the lights are out not very safe for people too walk would not reccomend no one too shop at this location do too the bad volunteers that work there. this store is meant too be a place too help people that can not afford new also they tell people too go shop goodwill because you make a complaint too them.... more

I was thinking, is it possible to order online and still get your specials on certain days. Our bakeries are few and slim and of poor quality. This is the CAPITAL CITY of SC! My family of generations have loved your products since you've been in business. One year we came up North there only to find them Keystone shut down!!!! We would go to the Monesson and Belle Vernon and Monongahela shops. It really makes it great to get those specials on certain days. We love the peanut butter items, also. WE LOVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE!... more

What do you want to know?
I come home every year to get my family Keystone's Bakery products. We don't have this kind of Bakery in Columbia, SC. Matter of fact they are rare to find anywhere. The only place to find some good caks and poducts is home grown Publix Grocers in Lakeland, Florida that branched out up to the other southern areas for new Publix Stores. Sometimes they have "gobs" in one area of the capital city (near Lake Murray) as people from Pittsburgh, PA. asked for them or got jobs there making them for those of us who miss Keystone products. MANY have relocated or retired here when they once lived here for the military bases instead of Florida.... more
