bar tender is rude
We went to the PITSTOP on 4-8-11. There were 8 adults ranging in age of 57 to 26 years old. We ordered food & drinks. We did not know that our waitress went on break so one of our group raised the empty pitcher to get her attention. The bar maid came over to us as asked if our legs were broken. She informed us that she was not joking. I thought it was a full service restuarant! When we complained about her rude manner,the management staff told us that people have bad days. OK, dear manager, there were 8 people eating & drinking & the lowest bill at the table was over $30.00. We have been in the place before& actually had 3 parties there. Hmmm, you think you might want to send a pitcher over to the table as a gesture of good will? 5 people were drinking beer & 3 were drinking Iced tea; wasn't like we were drinking top shelf booze. Since we feel some loyalty, we have decided that if she is there on our next visit, we are taking of non broken legs across the street.... more

I will agree with everyone that this place has very low prices and is very convenient with never overbooking, although i've moved away and haven't been there in a few years, i did not like ther service from before. the beds were never cleaned, the place was a mess and some of the employees were flat out rude and not concerned with the customers at all, let alone doing their jobs. I've learned that the place has been taken over by new management since then, and although I haven't dealth with any of the new people, I'd say that's probably a good thing. Although I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone but as a last resort with short time.... more
