Poor service
I saw an ad in a magazine for their service. I called and was quickly scheduled with fair prices. The day before the appointment I was called and told that the trucks were down and they would not be able to clean my carpets. I was rescheduled for the next week. The next week came and I was called the night before and told the service truck would be here first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning, I was called and told the trucks were down again and they would not be arriving. If you want a reliable company to clean your carpets and not have your house in disarray for weeks on end - I would avoid using this company!!!... more
