I'd ask several neighboring businesses who they like the best.
IMO, a company with a local rep will give you better service and better rates than any over the phone/internet nationwide provider where you will be just another number.

Keep your credit card in your pocket
I have been trying for over 4 months to get TLC to complete work that Matt already charged my credit card for. TLC had been cutting my grass for over a year. They were never dependable but I am not one who needs his yard kept immaculate and they are very inexpensive so I only complained when the grass got unsightly. When I needed to have some trees cut down Matt asked if he could bid on the job. Matt underbid the other companies and I awarded him the job. They did not do all of the work required (left big stumps in the yard), what they did took weeks longer than expected, their equipment damaged my driveway. After a number of unhappy e-mails from me, Matt came to my house and told me that he would make everything right and do the fall cleanup as restitution for the damage to my driveway. His crew came and piled all the leaves from my yard on the front edge of my lawn. Now I am concerned that I am going to get cited by the township for the leaves going into the street.... more

Bathroom remodel
We got our bathroom completely gutted in a rental house in Wallingford while we lived in Colorado so everything had to be done by phone and email. They did a GREAT job and everything was done in a timely manner! Not to mention it looks great! My tenants work schedule was not a normal 9-5 so they worked around my tenant’s schedule! While doing my bathroom a few other problems arouse in my house and Mike went over and checked out everything and fixed what needed to be done! He worked on a holiday and through a snow storms that accumulated over a foot of snow! He definitely went above and beyond what was expected and I would hire them again in a second!!... more

The nursing care is average. The nurses are spread to thin. The aids/LPN's/ whatever title they use, are ignorant, ill mannered / rude and lazy. While touring everything seeded impressive. Looks are very deceiving.... more
