About Whitehall

Whitehall is a part of the Allegheny County region in the area of Pennsylvania known for its South Hills Country Club and its amenities. Major attractions include Highland Park and Frank Park. A home rule community, the borough is governed by a mayor and seven council members. Among the biggest companies in Whitehall are Caste Village, a large shopping center and Whitehall Volunteer Fire Company. The biggest schools here are Whitehall Elementary School and Whitehall High School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Whitehall is Whitehall Country Club. Whitehall is named one of the two "Most Livable Communities" in Metropolitan Pittsburgh by PHH Technologies Services.

An internet cafe is all about seat time. The greater the time is revenue generated. But if they sell food, but not a large selection. Its is still a cafe. Because while I am answering this question; I am eating a cream cheese bagel and having a cup of tea. So I would be one of those customers that enjoy something light to eat and drink and use a computer at the same time.
