I bought a custom ACM bike and...
I really love it. I'm local (45 minute drive) and my very first experience was plopping a check for 20K on their counter. Yah, I guess I'm one for blind faith. The bike looks amazing and I get stopped just about everywhere I go so people can look at it. I had an issue with the front break caliper leaking internally and they replaced it with a new one without me asking. They also threw in a free oil change to go with it. After that, the petcock started leaking. I called them up and they told me they would upgrade me for free. They even let me install it (I asked them if I could.) All in all, they have been wonderful to me and understanding. The bike is a direct mount engine with a rigid frame...stuff breaks. It's the nature of the beast. Knowing that, they still have taken care of the minor issues I've had.... more

These guys were great. Bought a stock Harley Deuce, and they modified it with the 200 Heartland Kit. No problems, and they keep me in the loop with every email I sent - and I sent a lot!
