Cuticles Complete Nail Care Salon
Worst customer service ever, 6 nails cracked within 12 hours
My mom has been here once before and needed to get her gel redone. I went with her and got uv gel polish. Within 12 hours 6 of her nails cracked and/or chipped. My mom was leaving early the next morning to travel for a week. When we called them to see if we could come in a week and get it fixed at no charge, since it's their fault, the manager/owner SUSAN told me absolutely not and to come in now if you want it fixed "we can't do it in a week because she will pick at them and then I won't be able to fix them" ??? Then you need to RE-DO them at no charge or refund her portion of the bill. NO. But it's your fault and I'm taking pictures to show you. NO. This is not how you run a business in USA. YOU GONNA TELL ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS?? and she hung up on me. I ended up going to the place after the airport , was very calm and reasonable and they were not willing to help at all. We called the credit card company and got the full amount refunded. Also, most of their techs are not licensed... more

Worst Butcher Ever
This is the biggest "rip off" butcher I have ever come across. We ordered a 4lb prime rib for Christmas. The price was $16.99 lb which seemed quite expensive but for a good cut of meat we were willing to pay the exorbitant price. When my wife picked it up she was charged $105.34. Checking the price tag when she brought it home I noticed that we were charged for 6.2 lbs of meat. Assuming that they had mistakenly switched the tags with another piece of meat I snapped a picture of our cut of beef on a scale registering just 4.147 lbs. & went back after the holiday for my refund. Some very rude lady explained that I paid for the weight when it came in & then they trimmed the fat. (Over 2lbs of fat???). However, on the price tag it states 6.2 lbs "NET WT" not gross weight. Since we never asked for the fat to be trimmed I want my $34.88 back. When Richard the butcher called me back I asked him where my fat was & he told me it was between my ears. HaHa. Stay away from this clip joint!!... more
