I have been going to Jessica Crawford for over 7 years and she does a great job cutting my hair. I've never had one issue. She is always friendly and polite and makes sure I'm satisfied before I leave. I found the negative review surprising considering I've never had any negative experiences in over 7 years. Asked a "Jennifer" if she knew how to cut a military fade, 2x. She said yes. When I got home, I could see the "steps" of wear she changed guards. Got so upset, I turned it into a high & tight. Went back today for 1/2 of my $ back as I accept 1/2 the responsibilty for walking out w/o looking at it good.She refused, & closed the door on me. She sucks @ cutting hair. Don't go there. That's poor business. I didn't ask for a full refund, I was polite, and she was rude!... more
