Is anybody home ?

On October 27th , while clearing out the a/c adapter outlet ,I decided to service both of my Big Buddy propane heaters at the same time. Once both heaters were opened and stood on my table side by side , it was shocking to see that one had no regulator . Comparing the two gas service systems is apples and oranges . I called Enerco's distributor to enquire about any design change and was in turn given Enerco's phone #. I did not expect a call back for at least the holiday weekend , but by friday the 6th of december , I had it with firing up the wood stove just to spend an hour or so in my shop and called again. Again , I described the situation , left serial # (MHC-748000301686) , and again asked for a call back as prompted. Where's Waldo ? A star falls off my review every time I recieve no answer.... more
