Slime Ball Sales Guy
I wish I could put a minus one star rating. My sales guy was super over the phone. I was so excited about the car I was approved for. My sales guy actually brought the car for me to see at my work. Thats where the transaction stopped being a positive experience. This slime ball was hitting on me as soon as I got in the car to test drive it. On top of that, he tells me I can test drive the car over the weekend but he has to go pick up the paperwork from the Fountain Inn lot where the car came from but he is bringing it right back to me. Never heard from him again. No call or anything! His boss seems to think this is ok and I should come and sign the paperwork. I think not. I didn't even get an apology.... more

No Customer Service
I had purchased my father's World War II framed medals from this company in 2002 and was very satisfiied. This year, I sent my Vietnam medals to them for framing. Upon receipt of these , I found that they had mistakenly included two engraved brass plates instead of one on the framed display. A phone call resulted in a refund for the additional brass plate. However, when I asked if I could order one of the gold picture frames thay advertise in their catalog to fill in the vacant space on my framed metals, they told me I could not.I would have to return the entire framed display back to them. Jim is REALLY a liar
We bought a car from Jim Burry and three weeks later it had to be towed and the cost of repair was 3860.00 when we called Jim he acted like he was going to help however a month went by and finally he said he would give us 350.00 which would leave us with a 3,500.00 difference. I called BBB and Jim lied about everything stateing that we knew it had all these problems.. which in fact we didnt it was suppose to be a car to get us to and from MUSC for my daughters open heart surgeys.. please i repeat please dont buy a car from Jim... more

Rediculous Wait!
Wish there was a 0 star category! This Subway always takes a long time, but today was beyond ridiculous! It took us 40 minutes to get our sandwiches through the drive through. Two cars were in front of us, they both went through in 5 minutes (each). We then waited 10 min. and had to drive around once to put our order through. Once that was done, we got to the window and saw the employees taking care of everyone inside. but forgot about us. Finally 10 min. later they take my card, just for us to sit and 15 before getting our food. To top it off, once we got home we realized they made the sandwiches wrong and forgot our chips and kids meal drink and apples. Worst experience ever, highly encourage others to NOT go here!... more
