One game that can vary at each campground is a Scavenger hunt. You can make a list of items (such as pine cones, leaves, twigs, rocks, feather, etc) and give each group a list and a bag to go find the items. The first group back wins a prize. Or each group gets to choose a prize as they return. You can also alter the hunt by having them photograph animals or plants instead of picking things up. This way they learn about the wildlife that lives in that area.
