I recently purchased a pack of your pecan for baking. A recipe for Southern Pecan Pie was on the back. I did the pie as instructed but must say there did not appear to enough of pecans or other ingredients to fill the pie crust for a 9" pie plate. The ingrediebts filled the pie crust only 1/2 way.
