Although we are as disappointed as you are that the wig you wanted did not come in, I can assure you that it was not from lack of trying. Since we rely on the manufacturer to keep items in stock, it is possible that items may not be available when we place an order. The lady whom you referred to as "the chinese lady", is indeed from asian descent (good guess!), and has had many compliments from people who have received service from her since she has been working with Venus. After speaking with her, she was very concerned about your complaint and tried to recall your interaction with her, but could not seem to remember any altercation. I am sorry if you felt that leaving a complaint here would have been better than speaking to us directly. We would love for you to come in, so we may address this issue in person and give you the assurance that we value you as our faithful customer. Also without organization, 1000 wigs would be impossible to store and cleanliness is very important to us... more

the chinese lady that works in the back is not at all a people person she is very rude and very unfriendly i felt rushed and watched and to top it off they had nothing in stock,the wig room though i love the privacy is unorganized and messy the display wigs which they sale without discount are all tangled and not worthy to try on let alone buy for full price she kept saying maam dont brush the curls maam dont pull to hard dont do this dont do that i ask a simple question she gets frustrated i dont deserve that treatment bc i felt as if i was being loyal by staying there instead of getting it from the man down the road ive asked for the Egyptian Choco lace front wig to come in for 3 months now the black lady told me to ask the other chinese lady who is apparently the boss and she assured me the wig would be in next week, next week was 2months ago, the ladies in the back dont want to be there i suggest you replace them or loose major busine... more
