Disaster Geek Squad, Please Avoid
I purchased a new $3500 Samsung LED TV and had a problem with the remote. A tech from the Image Center came to my home assigned by Samsung. The techs had never seen a TV similar to mine and it was obvious they had no experience at all. He changed the main board and which resulted in a terrible washed out and blurred screen. The TV had a perfect picture before they arrived. They destroyed a beautiful state of the art TV. Please do not let them touch your TV.... more

Esta tienda no permite mas de una persona en el cuarto de cambio de ropa (fitting room.) Si tu llevas a tu hijo los padres no pueden pasar con el nino al cuarto de cambio (fitting room). Si tu vas con tu esposo no te dejan entrar con tu esposo en el cuarto de cambio de ropa (fitting room); y si tu esposo y usted quieren acompanar a su nino al cuarto de cambio de ropa (fitting room) ellos no permiten la entrada de los padres. A mi me dijieron que debo pedir permiso a la duena para poder asistir a mi hijo a cambiarse la ropita en el cuarto de cambio de ropa (fitting room). Esto es verdaderamente ridiculo cuando hay familias hispanas que les gustan mantenrse juntos! En Old Navy hay cuartos de cambio para toda la familia y ellos dejan pasar a todos juntos!
