Miss Clean Laundry
You'll be satisfied with the service you recieve.
Clean, easy to get in and get out. Staff is very helpful. Haven't had anything dry cleaned there in a long time but I can't remember ever being displease with the job they do. Some of the dryers and washers look pretty old but they are maintained and get the job done well. It's the only laundromat in Livingston but it is a good one.... more

Terrible, Terrible lack of customer service and knowledge
Over 1 1/2 ago they came out to do repair work on our whirlpool washer under contract with NEW Warranty Company. Long story short, after 7 months dealing with no return calls, repairmen who did not know what was wrong, long wait for parts, we finally paid another company to do the labor repair on our washer. Now, NEW warranty company wants to send this same company out to repair our refregerator! UGH. We have made formal compalins to NEW company and we are unsure what the status is to date. What is a consumer to do? Is this the warranty company's way of gettion out of paying for repairswork? Make the consumer so frustrated they pay for the work out of pocket? Hmmmmm... more

Terrible Service Provider for Whirlpool Warranty Service
Complained on BBB as well about this business and to Whirlpool as well. This company is contracted with Whirlpool to do Warranty repairs for my area. Our new washer has a problem, and we called Whirlpool 6/23 who setup a scheduled appt for this company to come by 6/27 and repair our washer. I took off work and stayed at the house for the scheduled day, with no call no show from the service provider. I have called Whirlpool and complained about this provider but there is not another service provider in the area. I tried calling the business 4 different times on 6/27 and never could reach anyone, had to keep leaving mssgs. I found another number on Yellow Pages for this provider and finally talked with someone, and it seems to be the field tech. He said that he would have the office contact me in the morning, in which no-one called this morning. I tried calling the number back today and no-one answered, and the mailbox is full. Very frustrated and laundry is piling up!!... more

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP
I have shopped at Jerry's IGA for over thirty years! Over those years i have never had a problem with anyone or any item i have gotten there. Everyone is A1 + and very friendly! I find at this store i can fine the freshest meats and produce and on almost everything the best price! It's very clean and that is a big one for me! Thanks Jerrys and staff!... more

Wd Maintenance and Repair
Steer Clear!
If I could give WD Maintenance zero stars (or negative stars), I would! We've been waiting for them to repair our washing machine for more than a month now! Despite endless calls, we couldn't reach them, and then their answering machine became a busy signal. GE couldn't reach them and finally shipped us the part for our machine (although someone at WD told me they had orderd it), and scheduled a second (actually third!) repair with WD Maintenance, but they never showed. Why is this company still in business! HORRIBLE!... more
