Please Read This!! Don't Do It!
I bought a Jaguar in July 2011 from them and have been getting parts fixed for the last 2 months! Well now I am at the end (5 months later), I can no longer continue to invest money in a vehicle I still owe 8000 and some on! As of this moment, it needs a new transmission, a catalic converter, gaskets, hoses, and new sensors! I have tried to talk to the manager Brian and have been unsuccessful in every attempt! It's going to be over 3,000 to get the vehicle fixed and then make payment of almost 400. I prayed about this situation and I will be returning it Monday, January 2, 2011! There is no telling what else is going to break down on this vehicle. Understand the body and the interior of this car is breath taking, but the most important part the motor was washed cleaned and is terrible. They have informed me that this will go on my credit and I will still have to pay! I am praying that this isn't the case, tune in Monday, January 2nd for details!... more

A total rip off company. Tried to screw me and I finally had to get help from the Attorney General of Tennessee to get my deposit back. Sold me flooring that they did not have - took my money then tried to bait and switch me to something else later on - when they could not find what they already promised they already had ready to go. PB&J 24 Hour Mobile Repair Service "Bad Business!!!"
This was bad from the start. Don't do business with a business owner that lies because he forgot to return your call. The mechanic is dishonest with his prices and labor . The mechanic came out to replace brake pads on my car ,which was not the whole problem. Let's just say these repairs ended up costing me a total of $509.00 Here is the breakdown .$106 for brake pads he did the day before. $98 for the parts $50 for the tow back to my apartment. and $221 for labor ,$34.18 Tax. This would not have been a problem if I had known up front this cost, instead I was told by the mechanic "It should only cost $300".I paid $102 more than he said it would cost . Why do mechanics like to cheat women .I can't help but think if I were a man this would not have happened. So ladies, and you too men, Don't do business with PB&J Mobile Repair Service...... more

Complete liars. Called Sat. morning 8-6-2011 about 2 rims, the guy asked me to describe them and said, "yeah, we have them." So I drove an hour and a half to get there, only to walk around in their muddy lot for 30 mins. and be told,"we don't have them, you might want to try our other lot across town." I will never go back to this place and strongly discourage anyone else not to either. They are a scrap yard, not a salvage yard.... more
