NO SERVICE AT ALL!!
I did not receive three of the items I ordered. They never informed me that an item was out of stock nor did they charge partially for the items they did send. They charged me for the full amount and I did not receive my missing items still. Worse Service ever!! You are totally gambling when you order from them!... more

Great Deals, Great Customer Service, Fast Shipping!! Will Buy From Them Again
I was so excited about the great sales they had on Calico Critters. Each item was $1-$3 less than in store, plus free shipping on all CC, PLUS an additional $10 off of $50 purchase. I was delighted to order for my daughter for Christmas. Two days later, I looked into reviews on this company and was uneasy as in the past they had some bad reviews. I called and was assured of delivery the next day. Long story short, package was there, all items present and accounted for, customer service was helpful and friendly, and I think it's a case of people complaining when things go wrong, but forgetting to praise when they go right. This review is a testament to the great service of this company. I will definitely be shopping there again. Thanks, Toy Hunt!! P.S. I actually placed two orders that Monday, they arrived Thurs, and Friday. I saved close to $40 not including the free shipping. :) That makes for one happy mama right here!... more

Buyer Beware!
Company does not keep to their word. Beware when purchasing from this website. They send damaged merchandise and then make you pay to return. They promise refunds and do not give them. Check the BBB Website before shopping here. Wish I did!... more
