I have emailed and have tried calling them but no response. They leve the website up to take your money but I can't get a hold of them to see whether my order went through and I know my relatives did not receive the food I ordered. I do know my money "was taken" but no food was delivered. They are a sham and should be shut down. DO NOT order from them. I hope they get persecuted for fraud.... more
I was so disappointed the date that they are supposed to deliver is on my dads birthday and they did not deliver it been calling customer service always not available and the chat online in there website always offline and no answer from my email. till now im waiting till i get a response from them if they will deliver it or not or else i will have to report for dispute in paypal.... more
I am a repeat customer and the two previous times I had good results. Now on my third attempt to use the service I can't get anyone to respond to me at all. I've left numerous messages via LiveChat, E-mail and Voicemail and no one is responding at all. I don't think this place is operational any longer and is just taking the money. Users beware.... more
Unreliable! Did not deliver the food on time. Delivered a different menu item and claimed that the alternate menu item was more expensive when I was able to prove that it was actually cheaper. Did not refund my money back. I ordered 2 orders of 1 item and they delivered a cheaper alternate dish, and now esendfood is ignoring my emails asking for a refund of the price difference.... more
