When visiting websites, what is the most important feature for you? The ability to send a message through a contact form? Text-heavy information pages? Images or photo gallery? Easy navigation?

The single most important thing: A web site must be first and foremost, user friendly. Most Viewers., myself included, want to find what they are looking for QUICKLY. If they can't find it on your site, they quickly leave and go elsewhere. Nothing else matters at this point.
Avoid using flash intros and loud audio that plays automatically and have no way to turn it off!! These things are obstacles to users.

I don't even want to give this guys one star. I just bought the car on 9/18/10 and today is 9/20/10 and the damn check engine light comes on. I call them while I was out on my lunch to let them know and they told me to bring the car so I setup a appointment for this week. I go out to leave from work and the damn car will not start not a damn battery issues cus everything is still working. I'm so upset I will be seeking a lawyer tomorrow for this I can't believe they are playing with peoples lives like this! I work to damn hard to just throw my money away when I have 4 children to feed!... more

This particular car lot has a lot of secrets!! Once you purchase a car, you are on your own! The owner is always hiding and his employees always lie for him especially if there is a customer complaint and problem with the new vehicle that was just purchased! His cars always have several problems. Be careful because they do not fix problems wrong with the car before they are placed for sale or to be financed. My car had lots of recalls on it. This car lot is also known for selling cars to individuals who do not have a driving licenses.... more
