For sure come up with a budget. Then after you have a budget you can sit down and go over the past years numbers and come up with a new marketing plan.
When visiting websites, what is the most important feature for you? The ability to send a message through a contact form? Text-heavy information pages? Images or photo gallery? Easy navigation?
The single most important thing: A web site must be first and foremost, user friendly. Most Viewers., myself included, want to find what they are looking for QUICKLY. If they can't find it on your site, they quickly leave and go elsewhere. Nothing else matters at this point.
Avoid using flash intros and loud audio that plays automatically and have no way to turn it off!! These things are obstacles to users.

I hired this company at the last minute to move a 2 bedroom apt from a storage unit to an upstairs apt. They were on time. Both of the movers were very professional! Very polite, friendly and careful with my belongings. They quoted me a 6 hour move and were able to do it in 5 hours. They even helped me relocate furniture when I changed my mind at the last minute! My sister and her husband recommended this company after they moved to a new home in Austin and were pleased with their performance!... more

This place is a slum. Due to embezzling and messing up of paperwork they lost all of our payments and continuously try to re-claim extra payments from us. Monthly we have to prove we made them. They charged us for our neighbors water for over a year and never reimbursed us. There are cockroaches and bedbugs in almost every building and the air condition is out in over half of the apartments on site. We lost our AC for six days in 100 degree weather and my mothers dog died before they even bothered to come out. The fact that we had a 91 year old in the house didn't even both them. Our building has bedbugs and cockroaches. Our neighbors have rattlesnakes going in and out of their apartment through holes in the walls. Our bedbugs are so bad we have to throw away over $10,000 worth of items. I feel like I am in hell.... more
This was by far for a very long time my favorite Chinese restaurant. Anyone who inquired about Chinese cuisine I would always refer them. However last week I took the hour round trip drive to this place where I am personally known by everyone there. They even know what I want to order when I walk through the door. Well after I got home to enjoy my meal, I was chewing and something crunched between my teeth.( I thought it was an over cooked vegetable) So I continued eating and I bit down on something hard again. I spit out. The food and discovered it was a large piece of glass. I staring checking the remainder of my food which was still in the take out container and found more glass. I immediately called the resturant and he denied that I found glass in my food and didn't really want to hear what I had to say! Never mind that I have been spending my money with them since they first opened their doors. Thankfully the glass didn't cut up my insides and cause me great harm. WOW!... more
