When visiting websites, what is the most important feature for you? The ability to send a message through a contact form? Text-heavy information pages? Images or photo gallery? Easy navigation?

The single most important thing: A web site must be first and foremost, user friendly. Most Viewers., myself included, want to find what they are looking for QUICKLY. If they can't find it on your site, they quickly leave and go elsewhere. Nothing else matters at this point.
Avoid using flash intros and loud audio that plays automatically and have no way to turn it off!! These things are obstacles to users.

With out Jackie and her well trained crew mom would have never made it another year! She was so careing and loving on a very personable level. Came in told us exactly what we were facing and gave us all our options. The care given to mom by Jackie and her caregivers was out of this world!
