The question depends on a lot of things:
1. Your state's laws
2. Is the parent taking the child out of state permanently or temporarily.
3. What does your current decree state.
Usually, state laws prevent a parent from permanently removing the child from the jurisdiction unless permitted by court order. I can't tell you what requirements must be met for a court in your jurisdiction to allow removal. Check with a family law attorney in your area.

This place has potential. The school's location is good and there is a swimming pool and tennis club attached. This is a big plus. It is lacking in other areas that we hope they improve in the future, especially academics. Certified teachers would be a big plus. One advantage is that this school is family oriented...They also do some plays during the year.... more

Worst daycare ever!
Unhealthy conditions. Everything on their website is completely opposite. Filthy restrooms, lack of attention to the kids, and building conditions are terrible. We attended the school in the Summer and the transportation vans to field trips lacked air conditioning and school had no cool air for the kids. Children sat unsupervised at the pool and classrooms often. Avoid this at all possible.... more
