Just great!
I admit, I was ready to fight and haggle everyone about getting the windshield repaired, there were so many places to choose from and I kinda fleet it was an underground business or something. Well, when I talked to these guys, they knew their stuff, pulled no punches and said they would guarantee the quote and come right out. I couldn't pass it up and they were great! Just great! Maybe they will get it here? Who knows, I told you months ago to stop picking up my trash after you didn't apply a canceled check to my account. Today after not touching my trash for months and still sending me bills you placed my empty trash cans in the middle of my driveway in an attempt to send me a message I assume. Here is my reply. DO NOT come on to my property again and stop sending me bills for services I haven't received. Apply the check to my account and leave me alone.... more

i'm a current resident and have lived here for 3 months now. my a/c hasn't worked in 3 weeks, my fridge has never worked, and when my sink broke, i had to fix it myself. when i asked about an earlier promise that was made regarding re-doing the kitchen floor, the manager told me i could do it if i would like to see it done. i have also fixed numerous other things that i never bothered mentioning to the manager, because i felt it would be a waste of time.... more
