Gene is a nice guy His Business/mechanics are horrific I could get no power from the boat. The first time they said it was timing. The second time they said it was a bearing. I have made four trips to Manor (45 minutes), and still have a non-functioning boat. And, to add insult to injury, they destroyed my trailer jack, and replaced it 2 months later with a rusty quasi functional one. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else... more

Horrible!
Can't tell you how many times I've walked in for breakfast and got an ear ringing sigh from the rude girl behind the counter. All of the employees are this rude including the older woman (who I'm assuming is some sort of district manager or something). Obviously, customer service is not in any part of the employee training! The place is filthy, there is NEVER coffee in the morning and 9 times out of 10 there is no bread to order an early lunch. This morning at 7:57 a.m. the door was locked. This is two times in any many months the store was not open after 7:00. Not to mention the many, many times they don't unlock until 7:15 and that's only because someone is standing outside waiting. Ridiculous!! Either the owner just doesn't care or is not aware that his store is a joke. The second another sandwich shop opens in our area (which should be soon from what we are hearing) - I will never return to that Subway!... more
