JOHNNY FROM COWBOY PLUMBING CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE A WATER LEAK. BEING THAT I WAS AT WORK I HAD MY MOTHER AT MY HOUSE TO MEET THE PLUMBER. THE PLUMBER DIDN'T LOOK THOROUGHLY INTO ANY LEAKS AND TOLD MY MOTHER I HAD A LEAK IN THE SLAB OF THE FOUNDATION. AT THAT TIME JOHNNY TOLD MY MOTHER THE COST OF HIS DIAGNOSIS IS $100.00, AND OF COURSE MY MOTHER NOT KNOWING BETTER GAVE HIM THE MONEY. THE NEXT DAY I HAD A SECOND OPINION COME TO LOOK AT THE LEAK AND FOUND THAT THE TOILET WAS LEAKING. ONE HOSE WAS REPLACED AND NOTHING OF A SLAB LEAK WAS EVEN MENTIONED. THAT HOSE FIXED MY PROBLEM AND SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DIGGING INTO MY FOUNDATION. COWBOY PLUMBING WANTED TO MAKE A QUICK $100.00 AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK WHEN I CALLED JOHNNY. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, AND CROOKS.... more

I called TWICE to get a quote. Each time the person was very friendly and told me he would check on my wheels and get back to me. But they NEVER called me back. I take this to be the same as lying and I will not do business with liars, cheats or thieves.... more
