Preserve At Baywood
STAFF IS RUDE
The Staff is horribly unfriendly! Except for the blonde young chick she was the only nice one their! The instalation in the house is horrible you can hear your neighbors making love in the apartment next to you! The insects are HORRIBLE the mention how great having a natural preserve next to you is.No it clearly is not I have seen spiders in my home and outside the size of baseballs! people do not keep thier animals on leashes your scared to walk to your car cause someones big dog might attack you! I regret ever signing the lease to this place! The amenities and the staff are very very deiceving dont fall for it!... more

Preserve At Baywood
WORST PLACE EVER!
This Place is WAY OVER PRICED!!! I was one of the first tenants to move into these apartments. The "natural Preserve" next to it attracts many HUGE spiders and other unwanted insects into your home. Not only that the staff is rude. You would think people representing there company would be a little nicer in reguards to making me sign another lease to stay but nope. Everytime I call for a question in reguards to my apartment there short with me and talk to me like I am an idiot.The only thing that I was pleased with is the actual apartment floor plan although everything in the apartment is nice it is made very cheap. The wood floor scratches easy the walls stain super easy. When I signed my lease at the Beginning of the year I was looking forward to a wonderful year in a resort style home. Quite frankly I was wrong!... more
