Wouldnt recommend using them if you want your work completed in a reasonable amount of time. Once they come to your house and do the initial work thats it after that, they are like pulling teeth to get them to complete a job... more

Guardian Force Security Services Corp
Unimpressed
We are a company that has had Guardian Force since Sept 2010. Recently our burglar alarm has been going off. No police showed up, nobody called from the alarm company. Called them and was told they wouldnt send out the police since we didnt know the alarm account number. Had a tech come out and found out our control panel is bad. We have been paying monthly for their service to monitor our building, and they haven't even been able to do that because our board was out and they didn't think to say anything to us? Now they want our company to pay a ridiculous amount of money to replace the board, the alarm pad, and a controller. And they are only offering us one month credit on the monitoring service? We are not impressed at all. We pay them to monitor our security, they have been taking our money to supposedly do that. When we find out there is no way they could have been they want to charge us to fix it? Not going to happen.... more
