With rude workers, customers walk but don't talk

TUESDAY, Sept. 27 (Health Day News) -- Rude employee behavior is a major problem that drives customers away from many businesses, a new U.S. study finds. Researchers surveyed 244 consumers and found that about one-third said they'd experienced or witnessed insensitive, disrespectful or rude employee behavior an average of once a month. The consumers said this incivility makes them less likely to return to those businesses. The study also found that few customers report unpleasant employee behavior to the workers' supervisors. This can lead to an ongoing cycle of poor worker behavior that angers and drives away customers. I would NEVER go anywhere else, ever!!!!!!
I was referred to Larry Adams by a coworker who said he was the most honest, competent technician he had ever dealt with. This carried a lot of weight as the person giving the glowing recommendation had my utmost respect. Mr. Adams had worked on his autos a number of times for different issues and always been spot on with hisdiagnosis, did the work faster than expected and at a more than fair price!! You don't see that often!! If that wasn't enough Mr. Adams sent his tech out to change a flat tire for my friends wife and daughter in the freezing rain in the middle of the night. When he went to pay Mr.Adams he wouldn't accept payment. He paid his employee but wouldn't take money from his customer!!! I had an issue with a motor noise and called him. When I showed up he was ridiculously busy but he took some time out to diagnose my problem, educate me, and tell me how to remedy the problem instead of trying to rob me for hundreds of dollars!! I couldn't be more impressed!!!!!!!!... more

as a women I want to go to a place an not be taken advantage of, but at this shop thats what happened. My friends told me against it. Don't go! The owner and mechanic are both very dishonest!!!... more

Beware!!!
If I could rate zero stars I would. The whole shop is dishonest!. The guy who owns the shop Greg is the worst. He also sales car and other things from the shop. I have heard he is very dishonest…do not buy a car from him. I would not even go here. I am sure there are more shops to choose from. Be warned!!!!... more
