What is the best conditioning treatment for severely damaged hair? Is hot oil or cream conditioner better?

I like home remedies the best. I've tried store bought, and they just don't do the job for me. The one that I like the best is a mashed avocado with some mayonnaise and olive oil in it. Coat your hair, wrap in a plastic shower cap or plastic wrap (and a heated towel if desired) and leave on for at least an hour. Rinse well and use a very mild shampoo and condition as usual.
If you don't have an avocado on hand, mayonnaise by itself will do the job. I prefer avocado, olive oil, some mayo and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Hope this helps!
P. S. You can find plenty of natural hair remedies online. Just do a web search and you'll have a multitude of recipes from which to choose. Good luck!

These guys forged our documents to get financing by inflating our income by 40%; they also lied to our credit union about what features the car had and "increased" the value of the car by $850. They lied about our GAP insurance, the mechanical condition of the car, they promised to get rid of a smoke smell- didn't end up doing anything to fix it after the ink dried!! I tought it to be a good idea to let every body know if you are ever little late to an appiontment at Shear Envy they will take another client in you place really fast... I was only 2 minutes late when I arrived and my regular hair stylist had another client in her seat.. My stylist Tasha Watson told me to go seat down that she would be with me soon.... Well after 18 minutes I became angry and told her I was leaving. She then h ad me bared from using another stylist there adnd the owner back her up. SO BEWARE... more
