Livingston Construction & Development LLC
Beware of Livingston Construction
Livingston construction is terrible at following up with warranty needs. They will give you the number of the subcontractor and make you try to beg the contractors out to fix the work rather than dealing with the builder you bought the house from. Most of the sub contractors do not speak English, which is fine, but I do not speak Spanish which gives me a disadvantage when trying to deal with them. Livingston construction should deal with the sub-contractors not the buyers. They refuse to return calls and put off work until the warranty expires so they can claim that they are not responsible for it. I have been very disappointed with the overall quality of the product and the support I received after the sale. My warranty is now gone and I am left with things that should have been their responsibility from the beginning. This is the same with most of my neighbors too. Sorry to say but I would not recommend them to family or friends.... more
