the rip off mail room
This guy is a totally rip off. have been back a few times thinking, ok, just a bad day. 1) returned my Uhaul to him and he wasn't there. Had to go back later. 2) the guy is never there! always has a sign up saying he will be back at ... Never back on time. 3) Went to send a fax and it was nine pages. He wouldn't do it becasue he didn't want his phone tied up that long. Your a mail place. Isn't this what these places do??? 4) Stupid me went back today to mail out 3 packages USPS. The biggest weighing 12 ounces. He charged me $31.00 to mail. I know, stupid me for continuing through. I had to get to work and didn't have time to deal with it. This guy is completley rude, disrespectful and doesn't care. If you yell at him he will just tell you never to come back. What a business man...... more

not very Knowledgeable
bought a samsung washer with stacker dryer. the sales man said i must move the pan on my 2nd floor laundry room. I moved the pan 2 inches over and 4 inches back as the best buy sales guy said. They came to deliver and they delivery men said the pan was located in the wrong place.... Also had the wrong hook, so they were not able to install... Best to do all the thinking, I am going to go to sears.... I have had beter experiences in the past there..... i am 130.00 out from the plumber. and wasted a lot of hours......... more

Poor service
I returned the rental 1 hr late and they were closed and found out they double charged me for the truck and equipment. Plus charged a cleaning fee; there was a coke bottle left in the truck. I was there early the next morning at 8 and again at 930am and they were closed even though the sign showed opened at 8am. I called the number on the door, and individual was rude and told me to call for the total the next day. Had I known I was going to be double charged, I would have kept the rental another day. Really poor communication. It is a sure way to make a buck if no one wants to rent from the location or because location is closed. Two people went by there looking for a truck but went elsewhere because they thought they were closed. Avoid this location. the hassle and stress is not worth it.... more
