Dropped off 4 wheels to get new tires mounted for my passenger car. Buy 2 get 2 deal requires you to buy their premium road service/ALIGNMENT package. $525 out the door for that. I bring the tires/wheels back home and mount them on the car and after replacing my struts, take the car back to get it aligned. After waiting an hour or so, dude tells me my camber is off. Says I need camber bolts in order to get camber back in spec. $27 X 4. OK, that's only about $10 a piece over what the parts store charges for them. What they don't tell you though is that camber adjustment is not included in the alignment package. Only toe adjustment. So to install 4 camber bolts & do an alignment (which should've been covered with the wheel package) cost me another $425. Not happy at all. 4 tires and and a (proper) alignment should not cost $950... more

Terrible Body/Service Shop
Went to this place to have some body work done on my bumper. While it was there I also got an oil change. So I was dealing with the service and body shops. When I picked up my Jeep I noticed that the airbag light was on and the horn wasn't honking like it should. These were not things that were problems when I dropped it off. They also never mentioned these issues until after I brought it to their attention upon picking up my Jeep. They they said they had noticed but ignored the airbag light and didn't know about the horn. Instead of fixing what they broke though they told me that the sensors for each item had gone out and it wasn't their fault and it would be $150 to replace! So I am supposed to believe that within the week that my Jeep was with them that 2 random sensors went out --completely independent of all the work they had done-- AND give them more money to fix the new problems!! This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had never gone to them, they are liars and now I... more

We do NOT recommend Purpose for Living. They were very rude to us and hung up on us when we tried to get them to pay the care givers after our mother passed away. I would never recommend this company to anyone that cares for their loved one. Please BEWARE. Antoinette Ballard was very rude to us. And not so much as a sorry for your loss from her. She did not file paperwork for us in a timely manner either. All we can say is stay away from this company.... more
