Who gets the commission for the sale?

The commission for the sale is normally split between both, according to the listing agreement signed by the seller. It is normally paid by the sellers. Sometimes buyers will sign a separate agreement with their agent that states that they will compensate him or her. I am sure rules and agreements in different states differ!

The worst contractor I have ever worked for. I have been in business for 27 years, never have I delt with such a dishonest company. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT work for them under any circumstances. They actually try to find ways to back charge you. Forget about change orders, they won't pay them. They will however back charge you at any chance they get, and then add 10% to the change order for overhead and profit, Criminals. I wasn't allowed to use my supplier, and found that a little odd. I later found out that my supplier was also not paid by them, along with 5 other contractors that used that same supplier. I almost took another job with them , thankfully I smelled their stink in time. Please heed the warnings,... more
