lousy contractor
have had the worst experience with Timeless Renovations. This is the 3rd major renovation job that I have done and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Bruno del Fratte from Timeless did an extensive renovation . its only after I started living in the house I realized how lousy the quality of his work is. Several things in the house have broken and there are many items that he purchased for me as my contractor. However he has refused to entertain any calls or fix anything. Some examples of the problems -- I found out that he put in an old garbage disposal that broke 2 months after I moved into the house, he installed a water filter system in the house for which I paid $1,000 which broke and clogged my pipes, he installed 2 new HVAC units for which I paid close to $15,000 which were installed incorrectly and therefore were not cool... more

Challenging Construction Project
I am a recent customer of Mr. Quentin Dillman of Dillman’s Drafting. He provided us with plans for a large garage with storage areas above, and located on a difficult building site. I definitely recommend Mr. Dillman for architectural drafting and engineering services. He works totally on a traditional drawing board to create pencil engineering drawings for custom work. Even without a CAD computer system, his work is prompt, detailed, and accurate. He arrived at each appointment promptly, and offered many helpful suggestions for our construction project in a phased process. He is very knowledgeable in construction engineering and processes, and is well familiar with local building codes. I am very pleased with the work Mr. Dillman provided for us, and I would seek his assistance again for any future construction work we may have.... more

Fantastic. Each framed bunch of pressed flowers is a work of art. I've got three of them, flowers from my daughter's wedding, from my sister just for the heck of it, and from the reception at my nephew's wedding. Each framed presentation is lovely and thematic. You get a feel for the ceremony and what it meant; the arrangements approximate the original at the service, but these are preserved and set out in the frame in such a way that the memories just keep coming back. You leave a wedding, or a reception, or a graduation ceremony, or a special date, what do you do with those flowers? You preserve them, for all time, in a lovely frame, and hang them on the wall to remember; to REMEMBER!!!! Believe me, it's well worth it.... more
