cheryl can have a attitude if people dont listen to her and even if she is wrong in her eyes she is always right. she has onyl made it to where she is because shes taking it from other peoples pockets. Cheryl has "left her own horses out to pasture" and pays no attention to them anymore as she has found a more reliable form of income. Cheryl can be rough with the horses and at times excessively rougher than she needs to be. I would not reccomend her as her training history is filled with holes and she only lists her "successful"training experiences on her website. I know for a fact that there are a few horses that she was not able to train while they were under her care. i think tthat cheryl needs to come back to reality and start taking care of her own horses.... more

what a disaster!
We found hair in our food, which came out late and cold. Our appetizers were skimpy (don't get the potstickers) and overpriced. The service was just lousy. Rude and loud. I will never eat there again and will tell my friends and family that their welfare is at stake if they eat at the Peavine. All they've got going for them is the ice cream, but go a little further down the road towards Bethel, and the Locust Creek Diner has Maple Creemees which win hands down anyday, anyway.... more

disappointment.
We arrived at 8pm, and our entrees didn't come out until 8:45, while the restaurant only had about 2 other tables. On top of that, we ordered two appetizers, which didn't come out at the same time. We enjoyed the view of the river out of the back windows, until the owner's white pitbull defacated on the lawn, which he then shoveled and flung INTO the river. Great view, right before our meal came out... When the entrees finally came, the basket of bread which was supposed to come with our meal never arrived, along with garlic bread advertised on the menu to accompany the baked manicotti. Our vegetables were cold upon arrival, and the baked flounder had no bread crumbs on it (as the menu had described). The service was "rough around the edges", similar to service at a Denny's: loud, obnoxious, and quick to ramble on about how it was her third night and the other two waitresses were only there to help her (even though they spent most of our hour and a half there out on the lawn smoking,... more
